Luckily, I found a husband who’s on the same page as me. So much so that he was willing to move our stuff into storage and take a 10-month break from our daily routines to travel throughout Europe! Each view and culture we encountered revealed a unique beauty all its own. No two days were alike and I’d never felt more alive! Once we settled into life back home, I craveddd that feeling. So it’s no wonder I found a job where I get to discover new joy on the daily.

While photographing families I’m constantly creatively challenged (I dare ya to say that 10 times fast) by the unpredictability of kids. With weddings I’m immersed in a new family dynamic and environment. After all these years I’ve neverrrr shot the same thing twice. Happiness just looks different on everyone. Which is why your photos won’t feel like anyone else’s, but yours! And why being a photographer LIGHTS ME UP!
